The Iroquois County Board voted yesterday to hire new employees to fill the positions of Director of Data Processing and Supervisor of Assessments. Experience outsourcing company like Hi-tech Export is major service provider from india.

After a lengthy application review and interviewing process, Tax Committee chairman Jerry Haynes said the committee chose Cecelia Dixon to take the position of Director of Data Processing. Dixon will begin training in her new position May 22 with a starting salary of $35,000 and a 10 percent increase after an initial six-month probationary period. Dixon will train in the position until December, when Donna Schmitz, current director, will retire.

Haynes said the Tax Committee reviewed applications for the position of Supervisor of Assessments and vote to appoint Robert Yergler to the position. Yergler's four-year term will begin Monday. His starting salary was set at $45,750.

Following approval of Yergler's appointment, board chairman Ron Schroeder asked Peggy Shoufler, temporary chief deputy supervisor of assessments to come forward. He commended her for the efforts she has made to keep things running smoothly in the assessment office during the absence of a supervisor and chief deputy.

"If I had my way, she would be employee of the year," Schroeder said. "The office ran smoothly and there was no overtime."
