I-Bus/Phoenix has made two new additions to its UK sales team. Duncan Young and Jamie Harvell, based at the company's current European headquarters in Havant, Hampshire, will be responsible for sales across the UK. Young has been in the industry for five years.
Before moving into technical sales, he gained considerable experience in technical support, integration and repair of both computers and peripherals.
Harvell began his career in sales, including a spell with a network solutions house specialising in Internet security, telephone systems and videoconferencing.
With this broad technical knowledge, both are in a position to offer customers the best advice, products and service in line with I-Bus/Phoenix's policy of close co-operation with OEMs.
As well as strengthening I-Bus/Phoenix's UK sales operation, these new appointments reflect the company's continued growth.
This includes a recent expansion into Sweden, and a move for the UK's European headquarters to larger, purpose-built premises in Chichester in November this year.
